Joining the Club

1. Click the "Membership" button below. You will be set up to pay our annual dues of $30 via ActBlue. (Only $2.50/month!)
   
   (You must be registered as a Democrat to be a voting member! Those registered otherwise may be eligible to join as supporting nonvoting members!)

Member Communications Policy

Text Messaging Terms

"Text message" includes SMS, MMS, and RCS messages.

• There's no charge from PRDC to receive texts, but your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive texts is never required to make a donation or pay dues.
• We may collect your phone number, carrier name, and message content/timing to operate this service.
• Message delivery isn't guaranteed — carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply HELP to any text for assistance, or contact us at the email below.
• Reply STOP to any text at any time to stop receiving messages.

Why We Contact You

When you register as a member of the Paso Robles Democratic Club, you agree to let the Club contact you by email and/or text message about:

• Club events — meeting reminders, RSVPs, schedule changes, and cancellations
• Your membership account — dues status, renewal reminders, and payment confirmations
• Other Club business directly related to your membership

This is the primary way we keep members informed, so registering for membership is how you opt in to these communications.

How We'll Reach You

We use a mix of email and text message (SMS), depending on the type of update and how time-sensitive it is. You don't need to do anything to opt in beyond completing your membership registration.

• Message frequency varies based on Club activity and your membership status.
• Message and data rates may apply for text messages, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time:

• Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from the Club to stop receiving texts.
• Email: Reply STOP to any email from the Club, or use the unsubscribe link included in the message, to stop receiving emails.

Opting out of one channel (for example, text) does not automatically opt you out of the other (for example, email) — each is managed separately so you can choose the channel that works for you.

Please Note

Opting out of communications does not cancel your membership or dues obligations — it only stops the messages. If you have questions about your membership status, please contact the Club directly at the email above.
